Throughout history, horses have been an integral part of much human activity including serving as an inalienable instrument and ally in combat and in wars.  Therefore, loyalty, obedience and bravery of horses is never in doubt.  

Canyon Madness Ranch (CMR) has the unique mission to breed, train and available for sale the most beautiful and safely rideable Warrior-Spirit Horses.  In partnership with published author and master of Hapkido, Kurt Steinke, of Wind Spirit Training and  his wife, Alanna, CMR has a horse-training team that will instill all our ranch horses with that unique “Warrior-Spirit”.

Canyon Madness Ranch owns the best and the most diversified resources and terrain for horse training among ranches anywhere in the world.  With emphasis on beauty, color and best suited conformation, CMR’s breeding program focuses on draft breeds, draft-crosses, warmblood crosses and others in the hope of arriving at the safest and the most visually-stunning horses for our guests and clients.  In order to evolve the best Warrior-Spirit horses to loyally work for and safely serve their human partners, the Steinke team will incorporate all useful traits and skills found in a variety of martial arts, including but not limited to strength, bravery, accuracy, suppleness, intuition and spirituality to reach that ultimate goal --- fearless and loyal horses that are reliable companions for all people.
